3 green apples
Handful and a half of spinach
3 large celery stalks
2 lemons

Beets help to thoroughly cleanse the blood, removing toxins that can hinder your glo up.

RECIPE:
1 large beet
2 sprigs of ginger (add enough to taste but not too much to burn!)
2 red apples
2 large carrots
1 lemon

3. FLUSH TOXINS: BAKING SODA
Drinking baking soda helps to balance your pH and re-alkaline your body. It also assists in remedying a disturbed digestive tract, which is usually the culprit for skin conditions.

RECIPE:
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of warm water
