You’ve probably noticed an ingredient called ChromaHance in your Palmer’s Cocoa Butter & Biotin Shampoo. Here’s exactly how it helps color-treated hair retain its vibrancy.

WHAT’S CHROMAHANCE?

ChromaHance is a polymer (a large molecule made up of small molecules that are chemically bonded together) that delivers color retention and conditioning properties. It reduces the fading of your colored strands and helps prevent the true shade from rinsing out.

The sulfate-free shampoo is also buffered with fair trade cocoa butter, vitamin E and antioxidants. To help keep your color bright, here are three other easy tips to make sure your shade is fade-resistant:

1. Try to deposit color back into your strands during your conditioning session with the help of a rinse. Add a teaspoon of a hair rinse (or semi-permanent color) into your conditioner and apply it to your strands. It’ll refresh the color for two weeks.

2. Rinse your hair with warm and cool water.

3. Rev up the sheen by applying a few drops of your Shine Glaze Serum after styling.
