Sound the alarm! You made it through curlBOX’s first 15 Minute Fitness Fix. With the help of celebrity trainer Ray Grayson (T: @shutupandtrain), we’ve created a fun routine to work your core, glutes, legs and arms. Please combine all of the videos this week and you’ll have a fun and fairly simple routine that you can do sans a gym.
