We’re back at it! For day 2 of the 15 Minute Fitness Fix, try your hand at a few crawl down push-ups with air jacks. This particular combo works your chest, core and hips! Watch Myleik and celebrity trainer Ray Grayson (T: @shutupandtrain) do the combo four times. Make sure you have plenty of room in your home, office or hotel. Make sure to stretch before attempting this exercise to ensure that you don’t pull a muscle.
